Incredibly good

Very beautiful hotel Rooms are also beautiful but the beddings and the towels are not the cleanest Rooms are not properly cleaned during the stay,they just make the bed and mop the floors,but they don’t tidy up the rooms Friendly staff Food is also nice but sometimes there’s no variety

I loved the booking process with Faith. Violet has really served us warmly in the dining area. Nicole helped us to solve an issue. Isaac and Bob were really helpful in rearranging our rooms and ensured we were comfortable. I have loved the customer experience so far.

I was at Sawela Lodges for a couple of days of strategy meetings. Really good ambience in all places including the conference room, the outside lawns, and the restaurant area. The variety of the food for the duration of the meeting was really good. Good selection of meats and vegetables. The service from the wait staff was also on point.
